- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 1 cup soya milk ((1/2 pint))
- 1/2 cup cup ice (about a handful)
Instructions
- Starting with the ice, add the remaining ingredients and blend. If mixture is too think, add a bit more soya milk until you achieve the desired consistency
- Transfer to a pint glass, serve and enjoy.
