Easy Vegan Dinner –  KFC Chicken Recipe

When I first posted this Easy Vegan KFC Chicken Recipe on my Instagram page, people went a bit nuts. It was one of my most popular posts ever for a reason. People who are eating plant-based don’t want to sacrifice taste. You can definitely still cook delicious and familiar foods using different techniques to still get all the flavour. I find that when I veganise recipes, they often even surpass the original in taste. Besides, who doesn’t want to have Vegan KFC Chicken for their Dinner?

There are so many ways that we can veganise the foods we grew up with, that there really is no reason not to eat vegan and this recipe is a great example of that.

If you make this recipe, I’d love to see a picture of it so be sure to take me @reneesbites on Instagram so I can see your great cooking!

Drop me a comment below if there are any other recipes you’d like me to veganise and I shall get to work on making you more easy vegan dinner recipes!
