Blueberry and Banana breakfast bar

Enjoy my vegan Blueberry and Banana oatmeal breakfast bar recipe. Perfect to start your day or to take as a snack. Warning: These are seriously addictive.

Here we have six ingredients, oil-free, date-sweetened Blueberry Banana Oat Bars that are perfect for breakfast and/or snacks.

They make your house smell amazing and taste like a cinnamon flavoured hug. These breakfast bars are comfort food and nutrient-packed slices of heaven rolled into one.

Easy Blueberry and Banana Oatmeal Bars


  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Description

Healthy and simple to make, breakfast bars.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 2½ tbsp dates (chopped and pitted)
  • ¾ Tsp. Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients and bake at 180 C or 230 F for approximatley 25 minutes and serve immediately or keep for 3 days in an airtight container.
  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 25 minutes
