This fast and healthy salad with broccoli recipe is one you’ll come back to again and again! It is great on its own but also makes a versatile side dish!
Ingredients
300 grams broccoli cut into florets
1 red or green apple
40 grams sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (preferably raw)
1.5 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine ingredients into a food processor and pulse. Stir and pulse again, repeating until veggies are bite-sized. Serve & Enjoy!
