You can throw this salad together in less than 3 minutes!
Ingredients
Scale
- 400 grams Peas ((if using frozen, allow time to defrost before serving salad))
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- 90 grams spinach
- 85 grams almonds
- 3 tsp olive oil (extra virgin)
Instructions
- Starting with the peas, add spinach, olive oil and the juice of two lemons. Toss to combine
- Season to Taste
- Finish off by adding almonds to garnish the salad. Enjoy.
