- 4 cups unsweetened soya milk
- 2 1/2 cups oats
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsps. maple syrup
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 4 cups blueberries
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients well.
- Distribute the contents of the bowl evenly into two 1/2 litre jars and store overnight in the refrigerator.
